ABGSC is currently looking for a Part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen.
Background and purpose of this role
As an Office Assistant you are responsible for ensuring that ABGSC always appears inviting and presentable to our guests, customers and employees. An Office Assistant in ABGSC has a central role for the entire organization. It is therefore important that you are outgoing, service-minded, presentable and full of ‘can do’ attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Daily operation of the canteen, including reception, preparation and washing up in connection with lunch
- Responsibility for all common areas and meeting rooms
- Responsibility for our kitchen
- Cleaning, servicing and refilling the coffee machine
- Meeting preparations and clean-up
- Maintenance of printer/depot room
- Ordering office supplies and running errands
- Ordering of food and supplies for the canteen
- Helping with various events
- Easier cleaning tasks
Candidate profile
We imagine you as a person as robust, able to maintain an overview in busy periods and not afraid of physical tasks. The most important thing for us is that providing good service comes naturally to you and that you are good at collaborating with others and at the same time work independently when necessary.
