ABGSC is currently looking for a Corporate Access Manager to join our team in Oslo.

Background and purpose of this role

The Corporate Access team is responsible for organising and delivering meetings and events that connect investors with listed companies. We are now looking for a Junior Corporate Access Manager, that will play an important role in planning and executing a wide range of activities, including conferences, roadshows, social events and investor meetings. The role is highly operational and involves close coordination with corporates, investors, and internal teams. You will contribute to delivering seamless, high-quality events that are an important part of ABGSC’s client offering.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute corporate access events such as conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings

  • Manage logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, venues, and communication with participants

  • Act as a point of contact for corporates and investors before, during, and after events

  • Support internal teams planning and delivering different types of client and social activities

  • Ensure smooth execution of events and provide support on-site when required

  • Maintain and update relevant systems and participant lists

Candidate profile

We are looking for a structured and reliable team player with a strong interest in coordination and event execution. You enjoy working with people, are detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality experiences. The right candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once in a dynamic environment. You are eager to learn, take ownership of your responsibilities, and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience within event coordination, administration, customer service, or similar fields

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Formal education (e.g. bachelor’s degree within business, administration, hospitality or similar) is an advantage, but not required).
