We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Equity Research team as an Analyst on a full time basis. The position is suitable for recent graduates and candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience. We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines and universities. The role is based in Oslo and requires regular presence at our office. The position is expected to commence as soon as possible.

About the role
Your main responsibilities will include conducting company and industry analysis, contributing to research reports and presenting investment insights on companies within the shipping sector.
We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in equity markets.
This is a highly client facing role involving regular interaction with institutional investors, as well as senior management teams at the companies we cover.
The position is open to recent graduates and candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with advanced financial models
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
Experience with equity markets is an advantage, but not a requirement
A positive and curious mindset, combined with a genuine interest in equity markets and the factors that drive companies
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, identify what matters and communicate key issues clearly
Proficiency in English and a Nordic language
