What you will do – Internship Responsibilities
Participate in live transactions across industries and products, including IPOs, bond offerings and mergers and acquisitions
Support the coverage of new and existing clients, including preparing pitch books and discussion materials
Interact directly with company top management, investors and sector experts
Prepare transaction documentation, including investor presentations, term sheets, press releases and prospectuses
Build and maintain advanced financial models and valuations
Conduct market and company research to support credit and equity cases
Who we’re looking for – Your profile
We are looking for curious and driven students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. While backgrounds in finance, business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or other quantitative fields may be particularly relevant, all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
