ABG Sundal Collier (ABGSC) is looking for ambitious and motivated students to join our Investment Banking or Research teams for an eight-week internship in Oslo. What you will do – Internship Responsibilities 

  • Participate in live transactions across industries and products, including IPOs, bond offerings and mergers and acquisitions

  • Support the coverage of new and existing clients, including preparing pitch books and discussion materials

  • Interact directly with company top management, investors and sector experts

  • Prepare transaction documentation, including investor presentations, term sheets, press releases and prospectuses

  • Build and maintain advanced financial models and valuations

  • Conduct market and company research to support credit and equity cases

Who we’re looking for – Your profile 

We are looking for curious and driven students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. While backgrounds in finance, business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or other quantitative fields may be particularly relevant, all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
